Her career journey began as an assistant teacher at KV. She gained practical experience as an intern at Peerless Hospital after completing her PG Diploma in psychological counselling, and later as an intern at Antara Psychiatry Hospital after her M.A. in clinical psychology. During the pandemic, she provided counselling services to many individuals. Currently, she works as a child psychologist and special educator at a school

Registering body : The West Bengal University of Health Sciences.

Educational Qualification : She completed her M.A. in Bengali in 2009. She also holds an M.A. in clinical psychology and a Post Graduate diploma in psychological counselling. Furthermore, Ms. Mandal has pursued a B.ed in special education (Intellectual Disability), with the registration number A109953. She is also a certified signature analyst and DMT.

Working area: Her areas of expertise and working include helping with stress, depression, anxiety, anger, OCD, ASD, ADHD, and ID. She also specializes in child and adolescent counselling, geriatric counselling, behaviour management, and crisis management
